Pickup service
We pick up anywhere in the US. Book a pickup online.
Pickup bookings, payment and cancellations
Your price
The total shown when you book is an estimate based on the items, quantities, in-home service and stairs you choose. If what we find at pickup is different (more or larger items, or items we can’t take), we’ll tell you the new price before we load anything. You can accept it or have us take only the items you booked.
Saving your card
When you book, your card is saved by our payment processor, Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number. Nothing is charged when you book.
When we charge your card
By booking, you authorize CurbCycle to charge your saved card once, after your pickup is complete, for the final price of that pickup. We email you a receipt. If the charge is declined, we’ll contact you to arrange another payment method.
Changing or cancelling
You can change or cancel a pickup at no charge until 24 hours before your pickup window. Reply to your confirmation email or contact us with your booking reference. If you cancel later than that, or if we arrive in your window and can’t complete the pickup (for example, items aren’t out for a curbside pickup or nobody is home for an in-home pickup), we may charge the $65.00 pickup fee.
If we need to cancel or reschedule (weather, safety or availability), we’ll tell you as soon as we can and you won’t be charged.
Refunds and charge questions
If you think a charge is wrong, contact us within 30 days of the charge. If we charged you in error, or for work we didn’t do, we refund it to the same card. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Hazardous and specialty items
Seeing a hazardous or special item in our listings doesn’t mean we pick it up. The items we pick up are the ones you can choose when you book.
