How we check our information.
You should be able to trust a listing before you load up the car. Here’s where our information comes from and what our labels mean.
Where it comes from
Every address, fee, hour and rule comes from the official website of the city, county, state or business, and we link to it. We never make things up. If we can’t find something, we say “not listed” instead of guessing.
How we check it
We go back to each source and make sure it still says what we say it does. A person reviews every page before it goes live, and each page shows when it was last checked. We check pages again at least every six months.
Labels you’ll see
Always call ahead
Hours, fees and rules change. Contact the place before you make the trip, and if it says something different from us, go with what it says.
Not listed doesn’t mean no option
If we don’t show an option for your item, there may still be one. Ask your city, county or trash company.
Found a mistake?
Please let us know. We’ll check the source and fix or remove the listing.
Listings and pickup are separate
Listing a place doesn’t mean we partner with it. CurbCycle pickup is our own service, which you can book here.
